This 1920s Denver basement held a seriously underperforming bathroom, complete with a cramped shower and a laundry setup battling a pedestal sink. Recognizing the untapped potential, the homeowners called on Kozee Homes for a full reimagining. By cleverly repurposing space from an adjacent closet, we crafted a functional layout featuring a double vanity and a dedicated laundry area.
But the real showstopper? A stunning, late 1800s solid cherry door with frosted glass and early 1900s brass hardware, salvaged from a UK hotel and later a Denver school, now adds a unique layer of history and character to this stylish, mid-century modern inspired transformation.
